About a2ai Labs
We teach people to build AI that works in the real world.
a2ai Labs is the learning product of roqora ai. It teaches AI architecture, test and workflow automation through hands-on building, for individuals starting from zero and for teams turning AI plans into working systems. Instead of long video playlists, learners work through short lessons, build in their own cloud account or a browser notebook, and get their work checked, so the skill they leave with is one they can demonstrate.
Our vision
Every engineer and every team able to design AI systems, automate real work and prove it is safe, without needing a lab of specialists to do it.
Our mission is to get people there by building, not watching: starting from zero, with every concept explained, every build checked, and the same quality standards real engineering teams use. We start with AI architecture, then workflow automation, then automation, because that is the order teams need them.
What we believe
AI is the decision layer, not the whole system
Most of the value in automation still comes from plain, predictable steps: moving data, calling the right system, asking the right person. A language model earns its place where a decision needs reading or judgment. We teach people to see that line clearly, so they build systems that are cheaper, easier to test and easier for a security team to approve.
You only know it when you have built it
Watching someone else build a chatbot does not prepare you to debug one at two in the morning. That is why every course ends in work that is checked: a lab that inspects what you built, a knowledge check, or a mock interview scored on a rubric. Progress means something because it was earned.
Anyone can start, if every step is explained
We assume no background. Each lesson defines the words it uses the first time they appear, then shows a picture of how the idea works and one everyday example, and only then the code. Experienced engineers move quickly through what they know; newcomers never hit a wall of unexplained jargon.
Quality is part of the job, not an extra
Real teams ship with tests, evaluations, guardrails, cost limits and human approval for risky actions. We teach those from the first lesson rather than as an advanced topic, because an AI feature that cannot be proven safe does not reach production, however clever it is.
How we teach
Build to learn
Each course is organised around something you build. Cloud labs run in your own AWS account under your own billing, and browser simulations cover the ideas that need no cloud at all. Every cloud lab ends by cleaning up what it created, so costs stay at zero or cents.
Start from zero
Lessons follow the same rhythm: the words you need, a picture of the flow, one worked example, then the real code. Python notebooks with numpy and pandas run in the browser, so a learner can practise without installing anything.
Quality before release
Courses are written to published teaching standards that cover accuracy, relevance, examples and accessibility. Each course is going through an independent expert review against those standards, and once a course has passed, any change to it sends it back for review before it ships.
Proof, not completion
Graded labs, timed full-length mock exams with scores by exam domain, and mock interviews scored against junior, mid-level, senior and staff expectations show what a learner can actually do, for themselves and for an employer.
The instructor
An engineer and entrepreneur who has built what the courses teach.
a2ai Labs is taught by a practicing engineer who has always been passionate about building products, not a career trainer reading slides. Through every role, company and side project, the constant has been the same: find a real problem, build something that solves it, and keep improving it until people rely on it. The path runs from a career that began in 2003, through mentoring more than 1,000 students one to one, founding companies, shipping a billion-dollar product and architecting AI and automation for US banking and e-commerce, to an organic farming community, tree planting, water conservation and, in 2026, roqora ai. Every course carries that experience: the decisions that matter in real projects, explained so that anyone can follow them.
- 1
2003
Career begins in enterprise engineering
Started a career in enterprise IT in 2003, and over more than two decades worked across software development, cloud architecture and AI solution design, building systems that large organisations depend on every day.
- 2
2014
Started QShellArchos trainings
Began teaching in 2014 through QShellArchos, mentoring more than 1,000 students one to one in software development, test automation and performance engineering. Every learner was taught individually, and the trainings were never run as a commercial business: the goal was to help people into real engineering careers.
- 3
2016 to 2021
Entrepreneur: Founded CloudFX Labs
Founded CloudFX Labs in 2016 and served US-based companies until 2021, learning what it takes to turn an idea into something customers pay for: hiring, delivery, support and the hard trade-offs in between.
- 4
A billion-dollar product, engineered from India
Delivered a product valued at one billion dollars as part of an acquisition, helping lead the engineering from India and proving that world-class products can be built by teams here.
- 5
2021 to 2025
Karhan Software
From 2021 to 2025, built Karhan Software into a company that served multiple clients across industries, delivering their software with the same discipline of small teams, clear architecture and working code. Every client project added to the experience that now shapes how AI systems are designed and taught here.
- 6
2021 to 2026
Solution engineering: AI automation architect in the USA
From 2021, worked in solution engineering as an AI automation architect, delivering multiple products and solutions for banking, e-commerce and other industries in the United States: systems that run in production, under real security, compliance and scale requirements.

Organic farming, animals, trees and water
Away from the keyboard, an organic farmer and nature lover who raises cows, goats and other farm animals, helped build an organic farming community, has planted more than 1,000 trees with a goal of 10,000 by 2040, and helped a community save lakhs of litres of water. The same habit runs through the farm and the code: look after the whole system, measure what matters, and build things that keep giving for years.

2026
Founded roqora ai
With all of that experience, from enterprise systems, teaching and a billion-dollar product to client delivery, AI architecture for US banking and e-commerce, and community work, the next chapter began in 2026 with the founding of roqora ai and a new AI world. It builds AI products to a high standard, and through a2ai Labs teaches the next generation of engineers and teams to do the same.
Part of roqora ai
One company, one standard, six products.
roqora ai builds specialized AI products for cloud architecture, governance, learning and everyday thinking. Every product follows the same standard: answers grounded in sources, decisions checked by deterministic rules where they can be, isolated customer data, and a person signing off on anything that matters. a2ai Labs is where that standard is taught, so the engineers who learn here build the same way.
inarch ai
BetaEnterprise architecture
Drafts multi-cloud architecture on AWS, Azure and GCP. Every change is staged as a reviewable diff and scored against 22 deterministic architecture rules, with continuous CIS and Well-Architected checks.

BetaAI governance
An enterprise AI governance control plane: a registry of every AI system, policy controls, evaluations, red teaming, a runtime gateway and an immutable audit trail, in one operational view of risk.
